Why I became an osteopath
A journey that has shaped my practice
My journey into osteopathy didn’t begin in a classroom; it began through my own experiences with injury, recovery, and learning firsthand how much pain can affect every part of your life. Having spent time on both sides of the treatment room, I saw the difference that thoughtful, hands-on care can make, not just in relieving pain, but in helping someone feel understood, supported, and confident in their body again.
That experience shaped the way I work today. It’s why I’m passionate about continual learning, understanding the body as a whole, and giving every patient the time, attention, and care they need to recover in a way that fits real life.
