As part of this shared clinical system, records remain with Southside Osteopaths and may be accessed by other osteopaths within the clinic to support continuity of care, should you choose to see another practitioner.  Southside Osteopaths act as the data controller for these appointments and associated data processing.

Home visit appointments with Neil O’Connell
For home visit osteopathy appointments, Neil O’Connell acts as the data controller and is responsible for collecting, storing, and managing your personal and clinical data as outlined below.
