"I’ve been seeing Neil for several months now, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He takes the time to truly understand the root of the issue rather than just treating the symptoms. Every session is thorough, professional, and tailored to my needs."

What does an Osteopath do?
I help your body move, function, and recover naturally
Osteopathy is a hands-on form of healthcare that looks at how your muscles, joints, nerves, and posture work together as one system. By understanding how your body moves, adapts, and compensates, an osteopath can identify areas of tension, restriction, or imbalance that may be contributing to pain or reduced movement.
Using a combination of gentle hands-on treatment, movement-based techniques, and practical advice, osteopathy aims to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help you return to the activities that matter most to you.
Whole body assessment

What I can help with

Pregnancy
Pregnancy asks a lot of your body, and as your body changes, it’s common to experience back pain, pelvic discomfort, rib tightness, or tension that can make everyday movement feel harder. Neil offers gentle, hands-on osteopathic care that supports your body through each stage of pregnancy, helping you feel more comfortable, supported, and confident as your body adapts.

Why come
and see me?
My approach is shaped not only by training, but by personal experience of injury and recovery.
If you’ve been living with pain for a while, it’s easy to feel like you’ve tried everything. My approach is different. I look at your body and your lifestyle as a whole, not just where it hurts, and taking the time to understand how your pain started, how it’s affecting you, and what’s realistic for you in terms of recovery.
I combine structural, visceral, and cranial osteopathy with hands-on treatment, always guided by how your body moves and adapts. My work is shaped by ongoing learning and personal experience with injury and recovery, so treatment is thoughtful, tailored, and focused on getting it right; not just ticking a box.
